Class duration: 60 mins
Please book all classes 12 hours in advance
Ease into the weekend with a chilled yoga class. You shall be guided visually and verbally through feel-good yoga poses, focusing on unwinding both body and mind at a relaxing pace.
No previous experience needed, all welcome.
For the last part of the class, we get even more serious about chilling out, with a guided meditation, before drifting into a well-earned Savasana.

You will be sent an email 30 minutes before class containing the Zoom link.
Your Zoom Yoga Room will be open 5 minutes before class for you to set up your mat and position your laptop, phone or iPad in the direction of your mat.
No essential props needed but you may find a block beneficial, also a blanket and cushions are great for Savasana.
See you on your mat.
