Description
Join this feel-good, moderate-paced yoga flow class that will energize you for the week! You shall be guided visually and verbally through classic yoga poses at an enjoyable pace, with options to modify in a pressure-free environment.
Working on our strength, endurance, flexibility, and fitness we will warm up with Sun Salutations, followed by a strong standing sequence, balancing poses and backbends before closing off our practice with a carefully curated closing sequence and then a well deserved relaxing Savasana.
All levels welcome.

You will be sent an email 30 minutes before class containing the Zoom link.
Your Zoom Yoga Room will be open 5 minutes before class for you to set up your mat and position your laptop, phone or iPad in the direction of your mat.
No essential props needed but you may find a block beneficial, also a blanket and cushions are great for Savasana.
See you on your mat.
