Class duration: 60 mins
Join this intermediate class for a moderate paced vinyasa flow. We flow while strengthening our bodies with ashtanga sun salutations, releasing tension with heart-openers, rejuvenating twists, mind focusing balancing poses, emotion releasing backbends, before a relaxing closing sequence and a well-earned savasana.
This is an online class, you will be emailed the Zoom link 30 minutes before the start time. Your Zoom Yoga Room will be open 10 minutes before class for you to set up your mat and position your laptop, phone or iPad in the direction of your mat.
