Class duration: 60 mins

Join this strong yoga class, a blend of Ashtanga and classic hot yoga poses. We will warm up with Sun Salutations, strengthen with standing sequence, balancing poses and backbends, before a thorough closing sequence and a well-earned Savasana.


This is an online class, you will be emailed the Zoom link 30 minutes before the start time. Your Zoom Yoga Room will be open 10 minutes before class for you to set up your mat and position your laptop, phone or iPad in the direction of your mat :)
