Perfect for Beginners!
We will work on: relaxation of mind and body

This class is the most suitable for beginners. You shall be guided visually and verbally through uplifting yoga poses at a relaxing pace. The last quarter of class is all about relaxation with a guided meditation and relaxing Savasana. Some cushions and blankets may be beneficial and blocks (or big books).

Class duration: 60 mins

You will be sent an email 30 minutes before class containing the Zoom link.

Your Zoom Yoga Room will be open 10 minutes before class for you to set up your mat and position your laptop, phone or iPad in the direction of your mat. It is a good idea to practice in a warm room, especially in winter. Many yogis heat their room before class but this is totally optional :)
