POWER! Yoga Online
16 March 2021 •
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Natalie Forrester
Description
Time: 7pm GMT
Class duration: 60 mins
Join this strong yoga class, a blend of Ashtanga and classic hot yoga poses. We will warm up with Sun Salutations, strengthen with standing sequence, balancing poses and backbends, before a thorough closing sequence and a well-earned Savasana.
You will be sent an email 30 minutes before class containing the Zoom link.
Set up
Your Zoom Yoga Room will be open 10 minutes before class for you to set up your mat and position your laptop, phone or iPad in the direction of your mat. If it is your first YwN online class, make sure to log on nice and early so Natalie can help you with your camera angle.
Environment
It is a good idea to practice in a warm room, especially in winter. Many yogis heat their room before class but this is totally optional.
What to wear
Any usual clothing you would wear to exercise is fine for your first few classes. Form-fitting clothing is ideal, especially around your ankles and wrists, so leggings are perfect or tracksuit bottoms that are cuffed around the ankle.
Props
No essential props needed except a yoga mat. You may find a yoga block beneficial, also blankets and cushions are great for making Savasana extra relaxing.
See you on your mat!
Namaste, Nat.
