Class duration: 60 mins
This class is perfect for Beginners!
End the week with the ultimate in relaxation and join us for this Gentle Yoga class. You shall be guided visually and verbally through feel good yoga poses, focusing on unwinding after the week at a relaxing pace.
No previous experience needed, all welcome!
For the last part of the class we get even more serious about chilling out! We relax the mind and body with a guided meditation, before drifting into a well-earned Savasana.
Please book this class at least 3 hours before the start time.

You will be sent an email 30 minutes before class containing the Zoom link.
Your Zoom Yoga Room will be open 5 minutes before class for you to set up your mat and position your laptop, phone or iPad in the direction of your mat. It is a good idea to practice in a warm room, many yogis heat their room before class but this is totally optional.
No essential props needed but you may find a block beneficial, also blankets cushions are great for Savasana.
