Join me at the Space Upstairs in Burntisland for an uplifting morning of pregnancy yoga (2nd & 3rd trimester) where you’ll be led through yoga poses to support your body, breathing to prepare for birth and meditation for relaxation. This is a welcoming environment where you can get to know other mums. No experience of yoga necessary.
