Join me at the Institute (Community Leisure Centre on Shore Road), Aberdour for an evening of Reiki and Movement. We'll release the stress from the day with gentle yoga and then settle in for a Reiki Share. Those with Reiki training may join for 1 class credit if already signed up for a yoga block. Those receiving Reiki only please sign up for an individual session (£10).
