Ravi Muddaiah
I am a yoga teacher who has learned and practiced yoga in India for over 14 years. I have studied yoga under the guidance of some of the most renowned and respected yoga masters in India, I was born and raised in India and have had some form of yoga influence most of my growing up in India.
I teach yoga not only as a way of improving physical health and fitness, but also as a way of enhancing mental clarity and emotional balance. I believe that yoga is a holistic practice that can benefit anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. I tailor my classes to suit the needs and goals of each student, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners.
I am passionate about sharing the benefits and joys of yoga with others. I have taught yoga in various settings, such as studios, schools, corporate offices, and community centres. I have witnessed how yoga can transform lives and bring happiness and hope to many people.
