Flexibiliteit in je lichaam is erg belangrijk om je goed en comfortabel in je lichaam te voelen. We eindigen de les altijd met een korte meditatie. Ik kijk ernaar uit je te ontmoeten. Love Tamara

My classes always begin with short breathing and stretch exercises. Then follows the physical part of the class. Flexibility in your body is very important to feel good and comfortable in your body. We always end the class with a short meditation.

Half an hour before class starts, you will receive an email with the zoom link, don't forget to put your yoga mat, a meditation pouf, a glass of water and optionally an Yoga eye pillow ready for class.
