Description

Create a balance in your overall practice. This class will start with a faster paced vinyasa/flow sequencing to energize the body, incorporating power, strength and stability. Do expect a cardiovascular workout in the first half of the class. We will then enjoy some deep relaxation time to recharge and restore our body through static, long hold restorative yoga poses. The stillness will allow space for meditative reflection, healing and rejuvenation.
