Designed for alignment-lovers who are keen to progress in their practice with alignment techniques. We will work through foundational poses and use them as a template for understanding all other poses.There will be some deconstruction work to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Do expect usage of props, explanation and hands-on assist from Amber. This class is suitable for beginners and all practitioners who want to go back to basics to realign the body.
透過體位法,深入探討瑜伽動作的細節從而鍛鍊肌肉穩定紮根的力量,為日後進階的深度延伸做準備。利用瑜伽補具協助、探索、琢磨瑜伽體位,強化根基,達成端正姿態的效果,回歸身體本位。適合初學者,課程包含探討基礎的站姿、坐姿、扭轉、初階的後彎、倒立的準備動作。我們將會在體式正位上停留5-7個呼吸對,聆聽身體的反饋,Amber也會確認調整同學們的體位。
