Calling all the Inversion lovers! This class will start with a vinyasa/flow sequencing to energize the body, incorporating power, strength and stability. Do expect a cardiovascular workout in the first half of the class. We will then explore different inversions like headstand (sirsasana), forearm stand (pincha mayurasana) and handstand (adho mukha vrksasana). We will cover the basics and techniques of these inversions and build strength over time.
