This class includes flexibility work, conditioning, handstand alignment, handstand progressions & drills required to prepare your body for hand balancing. It is recommended that you come to all the classes in this course period to build a consistent learning and practice. All levels are welcome - Amber will provide customized practice for each participant. Limited spots.
