Beskrivelse

This class is for those of you with some experience in yoga or are generally physically active. Each class will cover asana, pranayama and at times some meditation and will vary from week to week. Adjustments and modifications will be offered to those requiring them due to pregnancy or injury. The focus will be on practicing safely and with the correct alignment.
The class will be taught in English.
