Kia ora, I'm Keely. My love of yoga started 10 years ago & ever since then it has been a foundation in my life. From there I begun practising acro yoga (acrobatic partner yoga) alongside my personal practise which took me teaching & practising in festivals & studios around the world. In my personal practise I like to drop into the embodiment of the water element in slow flowing sequences with small explorations in somatic movement to cultivate alignment in the nervous system.
Join Keely for a one hour rising flow sequence that will explore embodying the breath while gently building strength & heat.
