*Packages and how to book*
Single classes £12
6 week journeys £60 (to be used within 8 weeks)

Single class - Purchase and book in on your date
6 week journeys - Purchase and book all 6 credits on your dates. Do when booking your block to avoid disappointment on busy classes. You can cancel and reschedule (within your 8 weeks) a class anytime up to 6 hours prior to the class. After 6 hours the credit is taken.

*How to fill out a health declaration form*
You will be sent a health declaration and waiver form ONLINE by Ellie on joining momoyoga or booking a new class type. If you do not receive it please email Ellie for one as it MUST BE FILLED BEFORE your first class.

*Class information*
Luna Hatha flow is for everyone. Beginners (newbies you will learn the flow and deepen your practice in time) to intermediate and the more advanced. The more you yoga the more you get out of your practice and will flow on the mat.
Here we follow the lunar cycle and yoga to the moon. There are energetic sun and mellow moon salutations, deep stretches and a bit of balance for fun. At Yogabellies with Ellie we enjoy our time on the mat, there is no competition so do not worry how good your down dog is but enjoy getting in and out of the postures. Adrienne is here to assist you if needed and to help adjust you to align and perfect for those who wish.
Every class you will breath to relax, calm and focus. You will yoga to an awesome soundtrack and you will finish with a guided relaxation to mentally let go.

*What to do and what to bring*
Classes are held weekly in Newlands South Church, 37 Riverside Road Shawlands, G43 2EG. There is street parking around the church.

Come to the Munn Hall. Bring a yoga mat, strap (a head scarf or tie will do!), a cover for relaxation and a passion for yoga!

Please note when your journey ends you will be reminded by momoyoga. It is your responsibility to book and another block and use your credits to book classes. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
