*Packages and how to book*
Single classes £12
6 week journey £60

Single class - Purchase and book in on your date of choice. If you cancel (before the 6 hour time period stated) you can reschedule for the following week.

6 week journey - Purchase and book all 6 credits on your dates.
Please note you have an 8 week period to use the credits. Book your classes when purchasing your journey to avoid disappointment if classes become full. If you do not book classes when purchasing the journey and then they do become full you will be put on the waitlist. If any classes are full in your time period AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING your journey email Ellie for help.

You can cancel a class up until 6 hours before the start time (after 6 hours the credit is taken) and reschedule within your time period.

*How to fill out a health declaration form*
You will be sent a health declaration and waiver form ONLINE by Ellie on joining momoyoga or booking a new class type. If you do not receive it please email Ellie for one as it MUST BE FILLED BEFORE your first class.

*Class information*
This is an exclusive Yogabellies mum and baby post natal class. Mum & baby yoga incorporates simple yogic stretches for baby, yoga for two and yoga just for mum! You will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques which help to increase energy levels and allow you to relax while with baby.

Please note mum must be 6 weeks postpartum or cleared by the Doctor after a section for yoga. If you want to come earlier you can join in with baby yoga. This class is suitable for babies all the way up until fully crawling.

At Yogabellies mum & baby yoga we incorporate traditional yoga postures adapted for postpartum mum and some for baby too. While most post natal classes either focus solely on mum (with baby stuck in their buggy) or offer baby activities alone (with no physical benefits for mum), Yogabellies for mum & baby combine BOTH postnatal and baby yoga, to ensure both mum and baby leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed.

*What to do and what to bring*
There is parking on the road outside the church. Arrive 5 minutes early to settle with baby. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket for baby to lay on. Wear comfy clothes for both mum and baby. You can feed and change baby on your mat. It is a very go with the flow class!

Please note when your journey ends you will be reminded by momoyoga. Make sure you are receiving emails from noreply@momoyoga.com and they are not going to junk!
It is your responsibility to book and another block and use your credits to book classes. Maybe you would also like to try baby massage too.
