About Breathe Yoga with Jo

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2016 and I’m delighted to share my classes with you. With a warm, mindful approach, I create a space where you can move and breathe in a way that feels good for your body. Classes combine gentle movements with soothing breathwork to release tension, build strength and flexibility, and create space in both body and mind. Sessions can energise, restore, and help you feel more balanced and at home in your body.

Suitable for all levels – whether you’re new, returning to yoga, or seeking a softer, nurturing practice – each class ends with a guided relaxation, leaving you refreshed, centred, and ready to step back into your day with calm and ease ♡
