The lesson is divided into two parts:

First part of Yoga Nidra you will be guided going through a body scan meditation. It is a technique for practicing awareness to achieve deep states of relaxation. Practitioners can achieve true rest through the practice, not only physically but also mentally.

A sounds healing session from Hand Pan will be followed after Yoga Nidra. Through yoga Nidra session your physical body and mind could fully calm down and afterward immersing yourself in the healing frequency (432Hz) of Hand Pan at which the universe vibrates, is especially to reinforce the deep relaxing status by putting you in sync with the “Heartbeat of the Earth.”

Unlike other yoga classes, This class does not include sitting or standing poses. The only asana in the class is savasana - lying on one's back. However, falling asleep is definitely not the intention. In the whole class, practitioners remain in a waking state of awareness and are guided in first part by the teacher to go through the various parts of the body to release intention and stress from the entire body and mind, where all thought patterns, sensations, and emotions can arise and disappear without applying any willpower. It is very important during the practice to completely empty the mind and let the mind feel dead. Feeling dead, not just appearing dead.
