This class consists of two parts.
Yang part is mainly focused on body strength, so strengthening asanas, balancing asanas and vinyasas (dynamic movement) are involved. Through dynamic and challenging practice, the aim is to concentrate attention and improve body awareness.
Yin part is mainly focused on passive stretching and therefore the practice is more static and relaxing. Practitioners have more time to focus on their body sensations and go further deeper in the practice. The obvious difference in body sensation between yang part and yin part will offer more perspectives to connect and observe one’s body.
Through this class, we aim to help practitioners to be more aware of their body and mind activity and keep their body and mind in a yin-yang balanced status.

This class is advanced UY (universal yoga) practice and is led through a more varied balanced sequence on cross-mat. The class is conducted in a small group (7persons max)and everyone could receive individual guidance for their own practice. This class aims to form a stable group to support those participants who really aim for personal progress and internal growth.
**Some differences for advanced practice compared with a beginner class.
1, Physical practice deeper and more advanced;
Physical level the practice remains working perfectly balanced throughout the whole body, but the practice is likely to go deeper and more strengthening and dynamic vinyasa practices are integrated.
2, Target more on internal concentration;
Advanced practitioners have normally already a certain level of body awareness. On the base of this advanced practice target more on one’s mental concentration, which is the essence of yoga practice.
3, Added breath practice in between;
Pranayama practice is added to the sequence to intensify the practice result.
4, Integrating more space elements in the sequence (Mandala Sequence);

Yoga Nidra literally means yoga sleep. It is a technique to practice consciousness to reach deep states of relaxation. Practitioners can gain real rest from the practice, not only physically but also mentally.
Unlike other yoga classes, Yoga Nidra class does not involve any sitting/standing postures. The only asana used in the class is savasana—yes lying down on your back. However, falling asleep is definitely not the intention. In meditation, practitioners remain a waking state of consciousness and will be guided by the teacher to go through all different phases of practice to release intention and stress from the entire body as well as the mind. allowing all thought patterns, sensations, and emotions to arise and pass away without applying any willpower. It is very important to completely empty the mind during the practice and make the mind dead. Feel dead, not just look dead.
A study proved that one hour of Yoga Nidra is as restful as a few hours of sleep. This class is s powerful and simple way to refuel yourself from a busy and stressful life.

It is very important to completely empty the mind during the practice and make the mind dead. Feel dead, not just look dead.

In Sanskrit, “Prana” means life force energy, and “Yama” means control. Therefore, Pranayama literally means control of breath. Through conscious breath practice, we target to connect and rebalance body and mind.
During the breath practice, the benefits are not only to message interior organs, energize and purify the body, but also to target one's internal concentration. A constantly concentrated mind can lead to a deeply calm and peaceful status.
The class consists of two parts, breath practice, and meditation practice. In part 1 participants will be guided to practice a variety of breath techniques, to train the mind present and concentrated and therefore prepares one’s mind to reach a deep meditative status. After the practice participants are expected to experience recharged body and peaceful mind.
NOTE: Empty stomach or 2hrs after the meal is advised for the practice.

The class is conducted in a small group and everyone could receive individual guidance for their own practice. This class aims to form a stable group to support those participants who really aim for personal progress and internal growth.

**Some differences for advanced practice compared with a beginner class.
1, Physical practice deeper and more advanced;
Physical level the practice remains working perfectly balanced throughout the whole body, but the practice is likely to go deeper and more strengthening and dynamic vinyasa practices are integrated.
2, Target more on internal concentration.
Advanced practitioners have normally already a certain level of body awareness. On the base of this advanced practice target more on one’s mental concentration, which is the essence of yoga practice.
3, Added breath practice in between.
Pranayama practice is added to the sequence to intensify the practice result.
4, Integrating more space elements in the sequence (Mandala Sequence)
The sequences are more varied in space. The use of cross-mat is not only for fun, but more to make sequence possible to be multi-directionally constructed.
Mandala is a method of practice in yoga to structure sequence balanced in space. The space direction has impacts on our brain and nervous system and a balanced structured sequence from space can enhance the balanced sense for practitioners, which helps them likely experience a deep sense of peace and serenity after the practice.
