Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga movements or flows that are synchronized with breaths. Poses are connected each other with sequences and each breath takes one movement in vinyasa yoga. The class also puts emphasis on “krama” (succession or step by step). Before going in more vigorous movements, you slowly build up the body.
