Gentle flow (International yoga Day!)

It is the International yoga day! We gently flow with breath using basic yoga poses.

Gentle flow focuses on stretching and strengthening in each flowy movement and pose. Sometimes you hold poses for a longer period of time without putting the whole pressure into the pose, but rather 70 percent of your force. At the end of the practice of a gentle flow, you feel some refreshment from the blood flowing but also the relaxation from the gentle stretches.
