Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic series of yoga movements or flows that are synchronized with your breathing. Poses are connected to each other with sequences and each breath acts as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next in vinyasa yoga.

It is the International yoga day! We gently flow with breath using basic yoga poses.

Gentle flow focuses on stretching and strengthening in each flowy movement and pose. Sometimes you hold poses for a longer period of time without putting the whole pressure into the pose, but rather 70 percent of your force. At the end of the practice of a gentle flow, you feel some refreshment from the blood flowing but also the relaxation from the gentle stretches.

Mindful Flow offers gentle exercises that are both strengthening and stretching. Each practice in Mindful Flow entails being aware on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Using your body and breath mindfully, you understand what part of the body is being used in each pose.
