Hatha Yoga is wonderful style of yoga that is taught at a slow pace and excellent for beginners and all levels of experience.

The class will include a demonstration of each pose, teaching correct body alignment and will help to increase energy levels, strength & flexibility while also centering the mind. Hatha Yoga is an excellent practice to help reduce stress as it focuses the mind on the breath as you move.
Hatha Yoga is also suitable for all for students who are have not done yoga. Modifications and props are suggested to support or to deepen movements.

From the comfort of your own home, these live streamed classes will give you the opportunity to take a yoga class which is designed to help you understand the postures, breathing and most importantly to develop the practice of relaxation techniques.

All classes will include tailored breathing breathing practice to reduce stress while strengthening the respiratory system. We end each class with a deep and restful guided relaxation to send you into your day with clarity or to a restful evenings sleep!

These classes are also suitable for beginners and for those with experience looking to develop their yoga practice.

All classes are streamed through the simple live platform of Zoom to enable a similar class experience as through a onsite class setting.

RECORDINGS:
You will have access to the weekly recordings for 7 days! Great if you miss any live streamed classes due to your work schedule or family commitments! You can then enjoy your classes when suits you!

NOTE: These classes are not suitable during pregnancy. We recommend that you attend a tailored class during pregnancy.

You are welcome to invite any family members in your home to join you in your class!

BOOKING FEE:
5 weeks €65 (1 class & 7 days access to recording)

WHAT YOU NEED:
* A yoga mat, a small blanket, a large blanket, cushion, a yoga block (not essential). Get creative and use anything else that will make you more comfortable.

* Make sure you fully charged your device. Give yourself time to check internet connections prior to class to make sure that all is working ok.

* Please ensure that your settings are muted during the class!

Class will be open 15 mins prior to start time if you wish to check in and say hello! If you wish, light a candle and make your space as comfortable as possible. Maybe play some gentle backround music from another device if you wish.


PLEASE NOTE:
Please consult your Medical Practitioner prior to practicing yoga and always move within a pain free zone. It is the student's responsibility to take care of him/herself during their practice and to ensure that the space is clear of any obstruction. Please note that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

Meditation practice is about pausing, simply observing yourself without judgment in all situations, watching how we respond. It is about tuning in to ourselves as opposed to "tuning out".

The benefits build quickly over time and a "little and often"is the key to reaping the rewards of a daily practice, even as little as 10 minutes a day. Just as we exercise the body to keep it strong and healthy, we also need to take care of the mind to keep it nourished!

Meditation practice has been around for over 2000 years and has been a time tested over the centuries to bring many to a place of stillness and silence that is within us all.

Meditation brings about ..

- Soothing the body & bathing the mind.
- Becoming kinder to ourselves.
- Becoming aware of our senses
- Arriving into "BEing" as less "DOing"
- Becoming more reflective and less re-active!
-Transforming the way we see ourselves and the world and become the person who you were born to be!
