WELCOME YOURSELF HOME
Join me for for our new weekly online 45 mins Thursday evening co-created yoga nidra as you are guided into a deep nourishing rest. These sessions will be held online and you can just plug in from the comfort of home as I guide you through a deeply replenishing guided relaxation through yoga nidra which means "yogic sleep".

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that is best practiced lying down but can also be enjoyed semi-reclined or seated if lying down is not accessible.

Yoga Nidra invites a profound deep rest and relaxation so it is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. Depending on what time of the day you practice, yoga nidra offers a wonderful way to support a better sleep or nurtures an alert yet restful presence that you can take into your day.

These weekly guided yoga nidra's will be facilitated in a way that includes your each of your beautiful intentions as we co-create together our collective rest as a group. These are known as "co-created" yoga nidra and offer such a transformative and nurturing practice.

RECORDINGS & AUDIOS will be available to you for 30 days after to enjoy many times.

€52 for 4 sessions & 30 day access to recordings.
€15 for 1 session & 30 day recording.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Somewhere comfortable to relax and lie down on a yoga mat, or couch or your bed!
Blankets and cushions and anything else to make your time even more comfy.
Something to cover your eyes like an eye pillow or eye mask (optional)
