Elevating Legs on Chair or Side of Bed -

In this short soothing practice, take time to relieve stress after a long day or if you need to simply take time out for a change of perspective.

PROPS:
A chair that is open at the back.
A blanket to place on chair for comfort.
A thin folded blanket to place under head.

Suitable for everyone. Although please adapt any of these movements to meet your own level of comfort. If unsure, seek medical advice prior to any yoga practice. This class is not suitable during pregnancy as we recommend a tailored pregnancy yoga practice.
