Description

Experience the benefits of Mat Pilates taught by a fully STOTT PILATES® certified instructor. Based on the principles of the internationally recognised STOTT PILATES® method, these classes focus on developing core strength, improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and creating balanced, efficient movement.
Each session emphasises proper alignment, breath, and controlled movement to help build strength from the inside out. Using your own body weight, and occasionally small props, you'll improve stability, coordination, and body awareness while reducing tension and supporting long-term joint health.
Suitable for all abilities, classes can be adapted to meet individual needs, whether you are new to Pilates, returning after injury, looking to complement your sport or dance training, or simply wanting to move with greater confidence and ease.
Expect a supportive, welcoming environment where precision, quality of movement, and personalised guidance are at the heart of every class.
