In this class you get a little bit of everything yoga has to offer.

We start by connecting with the body and breath, then doing classic sun salutation or a variation to warm up, different poses one by one to strengthen, stretch and mobilize, and ending with a relaxation. There are small pauses in between and time to explore the asanas/poses. A great class for beginners, and for intermediate yogis to touch base.

This is a classic Yin class focusing on deep stretching ad breathing. We hold poses for up to 5 minutes to reach deeper into the body and mind. Suitable for all levels.

Enjoy some easy and slow yoga to release tension in the body and invite calmness into the mind. An easy class suitable for all levels.

If you feel scattered in your mind and sometimes out of balance, either physical or mentally, this is a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself and to feel more grounded and less stressed.

This class is all about embracing stillness and comfort to combat stress and invite relaxation into the body and mind. The class ends with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own blanket, small towel and props if you have.
