Yin Yoga is a **slow and meditative practice** that invites you to slow down and turn your attention inward.
Poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently open and release tension in deeper layers such as **connective tissue, joints, and fascia**.
The class focuses on **deep stretching, calm breathing, and stillness**, creating space not only in the body, but also in the mind. You’ll be guided to relax into each pose, supported by props and options, and encouraged to meet your body with patience and awareness.
Yin Yoga is suitable for **all levels**, and especially supportive if you feel stressed, tired, stiff, or in need of a slower, more grounding practice.
Leave feeling softer, calmer, and more balanced.
