A great course to get started with yoga, especially if you feel stiff in the body and too intimidated to visit a regular yoga class, yet.
Lindsay will guide you through the foundations of yoga, so you can feel confident when attending regular yoga classes in the future.
Wear comfortable clothes and come as you are, with an open mind :)
We provide equipment such as mats, blankets and props, but feel free to bring your own.
