Join Carla for a Hatha based session with longer held postures and spacious cues for inner awareness of how we can align throughout the body, and give space for reflective process.

A slow, deeply intentional, but strong Vinyasa practice for the whole body for all levels. Expect longer held pauses for mind-body connection and guided breath cues to help guide you through this deep and sometimes challenging practice.
The beginning of the class will allow you to create a space for reconnection with your inner Self through opening meditation and pranayama (breath extension), which should remain as a part of your practice for the rest of the session. Towards the end, you can expect a grounding sequence in order to slow down the breath and reflect on your experience on the mat.

This session is truly for everyone, all genders, ages and abilities.
The slow and graceful pace of the class will help you to learn how to listen to your body and gain the strength, not just physically, but mentally in the first place.
Everyone in this class is usually encouraged to use the yoga props along with trying many adjustments which are always offered to take in order to explore our boundaries and find the edges.

This Yoga practice is about quieting the fluctuations of the mind and creating a relationship with our mind, rather than being constantly in a separation and uncontrollable fight inside. Through the conscious and mindful movements along with a breath, you will be guided to stay present and take most of the experience off the mat into your daily life.

Every session is a different experience.

Early Hours
A beautiful start to the day-working with vinyasa to gently stretch and wake up the body. Expect tasters of yoga philosophy, great playlists and closing savasana with a mini Thai Yoga forehead massage to set you up for the rest of the week ahead.

High Vibez is the dynamic duo of Chris and Cathy, body, mind & spirit practitioners who utilise sonic tools to activate the mind’s potential, enhancing creativity, encouraging deeper states of relaxation, and supporting quicker rejuvenation.

Each session is tailored around practices that enable participants to actively set intentions towards whatever desires and life goals they wish to activate.

These sessions can help quiet the busy mind, invite states of calm reflection, and create space for observation, allowing for deeper intuitive perception and the activation of our innate powers of divination and manifestation.
