Description
Join me at the Ottawa Tennis and Lawn Bowling Club (OTLBC) in Old Ottawa South for outdoor, socially distanced yoga! In this class series we will explore asanas, or postures, to work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer lots of variations so that this practice is truly your own. This class is great for just about anyone who wants to move in a more mindful way.
During Ontario's Re-Opening Step 1, the class is limited to 10 participants. Class runs rain or shine. Class takes place behind the pool. Rain location is the upper patio. Participants must do a Covid screening using the club's AllCheckedIn link at otlbc.com. Please follow club Covid protocols and wear your mask until you are on your mat.
This class-series must be booked using the OTLBC TUES pass. Due to limited number of available spots, we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes, and we are unable to pro-rate the cost.
We may open booking to drop-in participants if the series does not fill up.
