Description

NO CLASS AUGUST 28
Join me at the Ottawa Tennis and Lawn Bowling Club (OTLBC) in Old Ottawa South for outdoor, socially distanced yoga!

In this class series, you will tap into and build on the strength you already have. We will use creative sequences, core work and focused movement to build resilience and improve mobility. Options will be offered to ensure a practice that is challenging for your own energy level. Yoga blocks (or sturdy books) and a yoga strap (or tie or scarf) can be helpful. This practice is good for anyone wanting to cultivate their strength in a mindful way.

The class is limited to 13 participants due to available space. Class runs rain or shine. Class takes place behind the pool. Rain location is the covered veranda. Participants must do a Covid screening using the club's AllCheckedIn link at otlbc.com. Please follow club Covid protocols and wear your mask until you are on your mat.

This class-series must be booked using the OTLBC SAT pass. Due to limited number of available spots, we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes, and we are unable to pro-rate the cost. However, you may inquire about doing a makeup class in another series or at a park location.

Drop-in bookings will open on July 24, if space permits. Use the Outdoor Drop-in pass ($15) or the 5-Class Park Pass ($65).
