Ellen offers hatha, flow, power, yin, meditation, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga classes. Her teaching style is inspired by over 20 years of practice and training, an appreciation of the mind-body connection and the reward of serving her students. Description
This 6-week series will help you move well, breathe well and progressively build your yoga practice. Hatha Flow continually connects mindful movement and breath to help you stay focused and present. Postures are sequenced so that one flows easily and creatively to the next. We will work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer options so that this practice is truly your own. Yoga blocks (or sturdy books) and a yoga strap (or tie or scarf) can be great tools to make the practice more accessible!
This series is great for anyone who sits all day and/or wants to move in a more mindful way.
Preference is for full-series registration. Book using the 6-week series pass. Drop-in bookings ($15/class) may be possible if space permits.
Keeping Each Other Covid Safe

Participants will also be actively screened prior to entry. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to accommodate this verification. Verification of vaccination status will move to the province's Vaccination Passport as it is rolled out.
