Description

This is a free, safely distanced, outdoor all-levels Hatha Yoga class offered to local residents, thanks to the South Keys Greenboro Community Association. Join me at Pushman Park (Albion, near Cahill) for outdoor, socially distanced yoga! We will explore postures, to work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer lots of variations so that this practice is truly your own. This class is great for just about anyone who wants to move in a more mindful way.

During Ontario's Re-Opening Step 2, the class is limited to 24 participants. Class takes place near the tennis courts. Participants will be e-mailed about rain cancellations an hour before class.
