Description

This is a free, online all-levels Hatha Yoga class offered to local residents, funded by the South Keys Greenboro Community Association. This class is great way to move and breathe in a mindful way -- and to connect with other community members!

This class offers a variety of postures and movement for balance, focus, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing. Each class will be different and offer a variety of options so that this practice is truly your own. Yoga blocks (or sturdy books) and a yoga strap (or tie or scarf) can be great tools to make the practice more accessible. You can purchase these online at www.yogakala.ca/shop

You will receive a Zoom link and other details by e-mail approximately 30 minutes before class. You always have the choice to leave your camera off or on.
