Ellen is an experienced yoga teacher whose mission is simple: offer classes, workshops and retreats that leave students feeling better and more in tune with themselves. Ellen has been teaching yoga since 2007 and holds an E-RYT 200 and YACEP designations with Yoga Alliance. Ellen completed her 200-hour Hatha & Power Yoga teacher training at Mountaingoat Yoga, and has continued her learning with specialized yoga and fitness training in anatomy, class design, functional strength training, older adult fitness, meditation, trauma-informed yoga, philosophy and ethics, yin yoga and restorative yoga, to name a few. She is nearing completion of her 500-hour level yoga teacher training with PranaShanti Yoga. Ellen offers hatha, flow, power, yin, meditation, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga classes. Her teaching style is inspired by over 20 years of practice and training, an appreciation of the mind-body connection and the reward of serving her students. Ellen’s classes are well structured and creative. She offers clear instruction and many options so that your practice is truly your own.

Description

Whether you come with a friend or loved one, this class will bring you closer together! This class is similar to a regular yoga class, but you will do postures with your partner back-to-back, side-to-side, and front-to-front. This practice is lots of fun and will help to build trust and communication as you support each other through a variety of postures. No yoga experience necessary -- only an open mind and a sense of humour! Each person must book individually using the Partner Yoga Pass. Price: $35 + tax per person. Students with recurring memberships: $30 + tax per person. Booking opens December 11. Max 12 couples.
