Michelle Optis
Michelle has been practicing yoga since 2008 and has been teaching since she finished her certification in 2015. Her practice has evolved from a means of cross-training to finding inner peace and maintaining joint longevity. Michelle has taught yoga to the military and civilian populations both in Canada and New Zealand. She likes to weave in different genres of yoga and conditioning into her flows to create fun, accessible classes for everyone.
Description
This class will help you slow down! A slow flow class connects mindful movement and breath to help you stay focused and present. Postures are sequenced gently and slowly so that one flows easily and creatively to the next. We will work on range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and mindful breathing.
