Maria Garre er en af Vestens allerdygtigste ayurvediske yogalærere.
Hun er seniorteacher hos Vacant Lad, som er indehaver af ‘The Ayurvedic Institute’ i New Mexico, USA og er forfatter til et væld af bøger om den ayurvediske sundhedsfilosofi. Maria er desuden Shiva Reas ayurvediske ‘konsulent’, og de to laver adskillige workshops sammen. Maria besøger Yogajala, som det eneste sted i Danmark i denne omgang, og du har nu en enestående chance for at få indsigt i både yoga og ayurveda på det allerhøjeste niveau.
