🌞 Hatha Yoga with Paula Pontes

Calm, steadiness, and presence.

Yoga is an attitude towards life.
It’s the art of being fully in the present action — aligning thought, word, and movement.
It’s living in harmony with the world, with nature, and with our inner rhythm.

In the practice of Hatha Yoga, the body becomes the field of awareness:
it’s where emotions travel, where tension tells stories,
where we learn to breathe before we react.
By observing what arises — without becoming what we feel —
we create space. And within that space, freedom unfolds.

Yoga is equanimity.
It is perfection in action.
It is the disconnection from the connection with suffering.

My classes are an invitation to silence, mindful movement, and lightness.
A practice of attention, of calm firmness — and of not taking ourselves too seriously.
Because from afar, life may look like a great tragedy —
but up close, it’s a divine comedy in motion.
