In this class, students practice a ๐ณ๐ถ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ called the ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ณ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐. Each class starts with a series of ๐๐๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ to warm up the body, followed by a sequence of ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐, ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐, ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐, and ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐.
