Hatha-Vinyasa combines the traditional breathwork and alignment principles of Hatha Yoga with the flowing practice and versatility of Vinyasa.

This is an active and athletic practice that emphasizes building strength and stamina through discipline and consistency. Every class offers intermediate- and advanced-level postures, such as backbends, arm balances, and inversions.

Explore and practice these postures through a combination of self-practice and your teacher's hands-on adjustments. Your teacher will provide beginner-friendly options and modifications where necessary.
