An active, dynamic, and versatile mat practice, Vinyasa Yoga will teach you to move with intention, focus, and grace. Learn to flow through hybrid yoga sequences designed to make you stronger, more mobile and flexible, and more in-control of your body and your presence of mind.
๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ญ: Open to all levels, from first-timers with no yoga experience to seasoned practitioners. Recommended for first-timers and beginners looking for a dynamic and athletic practice, and for intermediate yogis looking for a strong and steady flow. No "peak poses" or intermediate poses in this class - focus instead on proper form and activation, moving gracefully in transitions, and building a foundation of strength, balance, and mobility.
