Emily has been guiding others closer to their authentic selves through yoga since 2015, and has been a breathwork facilitator since 2020. Her classes emphasize embodiment, accessibility for all bodies and an inclusive space for all folks of different abilities and experience. She strives to help students feel free to express themselves in their practice through movement and breath.
Description
The class will begin with some slow, gentle movements to open up our bodies and ground ourselves, followed by heart opening breathwork.
Breathwork is a powerful self healing tool that can open up emotional blockages, move old energy out of the body, and connect us to the deepest parts ourselves that need tending to. Breathwork also has physical healing benefits as well, such as It is a safe, intentional space to move through and experience our feelings and emotions, making room for our most authentic selves.
