I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing my 200-hour training in Florida, and later completed an additional 300-hour training. My classes blend strong anatomical awareness with a lighthearted, accessible approach that helps you understand your body while enjoying the practice. Whether in the studio or online, my goal is the same: to help you move with more ease, breathe more fully, and feel more at home in yourself. A vinyasa style class that unites your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Class will end with a gratitude meditation. Suitable for all levels, no experience necessary.
