I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Joyful Yoga in Bonita Springs, FL. My passion for anatomy and understanding how the body moves guided me towards an additional 300 hour training with Jason Crandell.
My teaching style is light hearted and fun while providing you with an understanding of your own body and its movements.
In this space we can begin to peel back the layers to find our true Self.
I do my best in classes to provide modifications and amplifications for varying levels of fitness so you can grow and explore on your yoga journey. See you on the mat!

Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a flowing style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance.
It will use mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is energetic and meditative yoga practice. Beginners as well as seasoned yogis are all welcome. Modifications will be provided
