I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing my 200-hour training in Florida, and later completed an additional 300-hour training. My classes blend strong anatomical awareness with a lighthearted, accessible approach that helps you understand your body while enjoying the practice. Whether in the studio or online, my goal is the same: to help you move with more ease, breathe more fully, and feel more at home in yourself. Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a flowing style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance.
It will use mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is energetic and meditative yoga practice. Beginners as well as seasoned yogis are all welcome. Modifications will be provided
