Yoga teacher/Studio Manager. I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Joyful Yoga in Bonita Springs, FL. My passion for anatomy and understanding how the body moves guided me towards an additional 300 hour training with Jason Crandell. My teaching style is light hearted and fun while providing you with an understanding of your own body and its movements. In this space we can begin to peel back the layers to find our true Self. I do my best in classes to provide modifications and amplifications for varying levels of fitness so you can grow and explore on your yoga journey. See you on the mat!

Description

Yin is a slower paced form of yoga with longer holds (90 seconds to 5+ minutes) that is designed to reach the body's connective tissue. It will begin with a gentle warm-up, to make sure the body is prepared for the holds. Yin helps with both physical relaxation and mental clarity.
