I began teaching yoga in 2011 after completing my 200-hour training in Florida, and later completed an additional 300-hour training.
My classes blend strong anatomical awareness with a lighthearted, accessible approach that helps you understand your body while enjoying the practice.
Whether in the studio or online, my goal is the same: to help you move with more ease, breathe more fully, and feel more at home in yourself.
I also offer online classes so you can practice anytime, anywhere to support your consistency beyond the mat.

Description
Yin is a slower paced form of yoga with longer holds (90 seconds to 5+ minutes) that is designed to reach the body's connective tissue. It will begin with a gentle warm-up, to make sure the body is prepared for the holds. Yin helps with both physical relaxation and mental clarity.
