Hi, I’m Brian, a devoted yoga instructor with over a decade of personal practice. Vinyasa and Hot yoga changed my life after back injuries made walking a challenge. Now, I teach Vinyasa, focusing on syncing breath with movement to unite mind and body. My inclusive classes cater to all levels, encouraging self-awareness and personal growth. I continue to expand my knowledge through workshops and personal practice, driven to share the transformative power of Yoga and inspire others on their own healing journey.
